Members of the Public: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts. Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, this meeting will need to be run within Government COVID-19 guidelines and Council risk assessments. Withdrawn – awaiting update. Clerk had meeting with a potential developer for the site and they plan to submit an application for the site in early March.
f) CB/18/00223/OUT Site: Land to the rear of Stondon Lower School and playing
fields, Upper Stondon, SG16 6QB Outline: Formation of a new access together with
residential development up to 40 dwellings together with associated landscaping and engineering operations – Granted – awaiting reserved matters. Update from Cllr Benson and Clerk below.
