The Stondon Community Centre is the new bookable venue and has it’s own dedicated website with on-line booking and enquiries – Stondon Village Hall website
The Centre is large enough for the vast majority of events including shows, craft fairs, wedding receptions and parties for all ages from 5 to 90 years.
It is in regular daily use by a number of organisations.

The Community Centre is a substantial building off The Pastures (Hillside Road), Upper Stondon, Bedfordshire SG16 6QB and is available for hire all-year round to both regular groups and also one-off hires – Stondon Village Hall website
The Community Centre facilities consist of:
- Main hall capable of being divided into two smaller spaces (maximum capacity of 150 people standing or 120 seated).
- Function Room for meetings and small groups (maximum capacity 50 persons seated).
- Changing rooms consisting Home, Away and Officials Change.
- Commercial Kitchen with access to the Main Hall.
- Bottle bar with access to the Function room and Main Hall.
There are 35 parking spaces on site with four Electric vehicle charging spaces and an overflow car park for 25 vehicles nearby.

Stondon Community Centre was built using funding Stondon Parish Council secured through Section 106 funding. The Council worked with Snowdon Home to build the Centre. There were onsite as part of the overall project to build 40 homes. The Hall and Sports Pavilion transforms community possibilities with modern facilities capable of hosting everything from sports clubs to educational activities. Local teams could now enjoy excellent changing rooms while families gain a welcoming space for celebrations and gatherings.
