d) Poppyfields Community Garden:
i. To receive the outcomes of the Community Consultation on the Community Garden.
ii. To consider the Community Garden Volunteer Agreement.
iii. To consider and approve the Community Garden Risk Assessment.
iv. To consider and approve remedial actions related to the S106 definitions regarding the utilisation of the garden space.
e) To consider and approve remedial actions required to Brittains Rise.
f) To receive an update on the Meadowsweet Attenuation Pond, approve the quote for clearance of the pond and consider adding this to the Council’s yearly schedule of works.
g) To consider and approve a proposal by CBC to a) move the bus stop and shelter from the Bird in Hand to the Jet Petrol Station pavement and b) to potentially install a seat inside.
h) To note the Closure of part of Stondon Footpath 48 due to an unsafe bridge.
