Members of the Public: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts. The Clerk, following consultation with Council and under delegated powers, have no comment on this application as this is in an open section of the Countryside and not easily visible. It will form part of the farm.
g) CB/22/03130/PAAD Consultation Expires: 26/08/2022 Location: Land Rear of No. 36a Station Road, Lower Stondon, Henlow, SG16 6JL Statutory Class: Change of Use Proposal: Prior Approval of change of use of agricultural building to dwelling: Conversion of building to three dwellings, with alterations Case Officer: Nicola Stevens
While the Council is not consulted on these applications, the Clerk noticed it on the Planning Portal and raised a concern with the Planning Officer and raised an objection.
h) CB/22/02782/FULL Consultation Expires:05/09/2022 Location: 28 Birch Grove, Lower Stondon, Bedford, SG16 6EH Proposal: Removal of existing conservatory and erection of single storey rear and side extension to provide larger kitchen and utility room. Case Officer: Asif Hussain
The Clerk, following consultation with Council and under delegated powers, have a concern that that this application reduces the garden to below CBC standards.
However, we have no objection to the proposal.
