Following discussions with CBC Streetworks team and a review of information on One.network, I have managed to assemble the following list of roadworks around the area.

Bedford Rd (north) 19th Sept to 21st Oct – Anglian Water (AW)
Hitchin Rd has some side road closures from 24th to 28th Oct.
CBC advised Hitchin Rd is closed during this period but I can not find the closure on one.network
Hitchin Rd – 28th to 29th Nov from 9am to 3pm (AW)
Station Rd – 7th to 11th Nov from 9am to 3:30 pm – this is for resurfacing of the road.
Bedford Rd (North) – 14th to 18th Nov from 9am to 3:30pm – likely surfacing works
Bedford Rd (South) – 5th to 16th Dec (AW) I have asked for clarification on this closure.
