You are hereby summoned to attend an Extraordinary Meeting of Stondon Parish Council on Tuesday 14th April 2026, commencing at 8:30 pm in Hall 1, Stondon Community Centre, The Pastures, Upper Stondon, SG16 6QB for the purpose of transacting the business set out in this agenda.

a) To receive declarations of interest from Councillors on items on the agenda. If, at any time during the meeting, a Councillor feels they have an interest in an item being discussed they should declare it at that point.
b) To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests (if any).
c) To grant any requests for dispensation as appropriate.

Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 10 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per speaker.

Outline Application: Outline planning application for the erection of up to 400 residential dwellings; a Community Hub site, including car parking, Multi-Use Games Area and up to 1,000sqm of use class E(d)/F2(b)); land reserved for social infrastructure (including either a 2 form entry primary school with nursery or a village green with pavilion); public open space including footpaths, cycleways, up to 0.50ha of allotments, habitat creation, landscaping and play space; associated drainage, landscaping, internal roads, utilities and other service infrastructure. All matters reserved except for means of vehicular access.
