a) Update on snagging issues at the Community Centre.
b) To note the Building Control Certificate issued related to the Village Hall Refurbishment.

a) To approve a data audit and next steps as part of digital and data compliance actions.
b) To review and approve an update to CBC’s Leisure Strategy Parish Schedules update.
103. Open Spaces 8:35pm
a) To receive an update from the Clerk on adoptions and current issues on Woodpecker Mead (Lower Stondon (BH) Management Ltd) and Stone Hill Meadow (Redrow) developments.
b) To review, approve and execute the Deed of Transfer of part of registered Title BD322264 Open Space at Loganberry Way from Mulberry Property Developments Ltd to Stondon Parish Council.
c) Poppyfields Community Garden: To consider comments from The Poppyfields Community Garden Volunteer Team regarding the draft agreement for landscape management and draft Risk Safety Plan and to approve both documents.
d) To consider a proposal from CBC to install a new bus stop with disability/buggy accessibility on Station Road.
e) Allotments: To receive a verbal update on allotments issues.
f) To receive a report on a commercial vehicle parking on Orchard Way.
g) Other green space updates and information including:
i. Anglian Water pipe installation and actions required.
ii. Pollards Way – update on goal post installation installation.

a) To approve the appointment of the Community Engagement Officer.
b) To approve cross-charging of Community Engagement Officer to Meppershall Parish Council.
c) To approve the draft SPC Volunteer Agreement form.

a) To consider and approve implementing a new accounts package for the Council’s finances.
b) To consider an S137 Grant Application from the Stondon Village Hall Committee – £3,000.
c) To consider and approve a request from the Stondon Village Hall Committee to pay for the fireworks for a Community event in November 2026 – £3,500 excl. VAT.
d) To approve the purchase of IT and Telecoms equipment for the Community Engagement Officer – £800.
e) To approve the purchase of or costs related to:
i. Dorguard Electronic Door Closers – £1,100 excl. VAT.
ii. Repainting of benches for The Pastures – £1,350 excl. VAT.
iii. Installation of additional electrical sockets at Community Centre – £1,104 excl. VAT.
iv. Installation of three play area information boards – Fakeswell Lane, Woodpecker Mead, Morello Way – £1,674.24 excl. VAT.
f) To approve payments to be made or made between meetings.
