Withdrawn – awaiting update. Clerk had meeting with a potential developer for the site and they plan to submit an application for the site in March/April.
f)     CB/18/00223/OUT Site: Land to the rear of Stondon Lower School and playing fields, Upper Stondon, SG16 6QB Outline: Formation of a new access together with residential development up to 40 dwellings together with associated landscaping and engineering operations – Granted – awaiting reserved matters.
For planning applications that are urgent and submitted between meetings power has been delegated to Clerk (following discussions with Council for a proposed response) to send comments to Planning.

a) Review and Approval of statement regarding the situation at Mount Pleasant Golf Club confusion over the role of the Council in this and that we are not the planning authority. The Council will look to engage with the new owners and their plans, when they become available to ensure the community is represented.

ii) Village Hall repairs to emergency lights
d) Review, confirmation and signing of a Deed of Easement with Anglian Water relating to Settlement Pond Meadowsweet
