Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) Meeting ID: 7925 0618 868 (the code will vary for each meeting) as permitted in “The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”)”

Members of the Public: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before
the meeting starts. Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate
arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

c) Review of proposal by Mulberry Homes and to move forward with implementation and delegation to authorise finalised contract for signing.
d) Update on Stondon Recreation Association land transfers
e) Proposal to provide Clerk with Council Debit Card for on-line purchases (any such purchases to have had prior Council approval or under delegated
powers)
f) Review of Policies and Procedures and a review schedule
g) SRA Acoustic fence and on-going concerns and clarifications
h)Councillor’s and Chairman’s expenses/attendance allowance – is thisrequired or necessary.
