Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) Meeting ID: 893 5827 2039 (the code will vary for each meeting) as permitted in “The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”)”

Members of the Public: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts. Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

1) Election of Chairman [7.30pm]

2) Election of Vice Chairman [7.30pm]

3) Apologies [7.35pm]

4) To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda and provide outcome to requests for granting dispensations.

5) Chairman’s Announcements [7.40pm]

6) Standing Orders will be suspended for a period of up to 10 minutes to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to the business on the agenda or request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per member. [7.40pm]

7) To consider general matters requiring a decision: [7:45pm] a) Review and adopt a proposed schedule of meetings
b) Review policy to delegate business and tasks to Clerk (after consultation) to allow mitigation of risk to Staff and Members
c) Review and Approve scheduled payments
