Following a meeting with a Mulberry Homes representative they have advised that the following schedule of works are planned to occur.
10 October – MV Kelly on site to rectify issues relating to roads, pavements, block driveways and associated works. This will last about three weeks. Mulberry have promised to review their work before they leave site.
Mulberry have also asked the
17 October Mulberry contractor on site to improve the open space. This will include adding top soil to some areas and level some sections. They will also install a small swale to direct water away from the path. Complete fencing work in car park, paths into Pollards Open Space and finish works in Pollards OS.
They will also look to get the road finished into the pumping station, so they can hand this across to Anglian Water. The pumping station will also be reviewed following concerns on smells at the sewer connection in Pollards Way.
We will continue to monitor the works where possible.
