Don’t be a victim – Remove all your Valuables – Lock the car and check it!

We have had contact from the Police about a spate of thefts from Motor Vehicles (Cars/Vans etc) in the Lower Stondon / Henlow area.

You need to make sure you can protect your car and belongings.
The Police have advised us that they have had a high volume of reports being made recently relating to thefts from motor vehicles. A number of these thefts are from unlocked vehicles with an item of value or cash in sight.

The advice given is to

1. Hide or remove the item of value to somewhere safe
2. Lock your vehicle
3. Check any items are hidden
4. Check it’s locked
