Ward Councillor Grant Scheme.
Central Bedfordshire Council have introduced a scheme that gives each Ward Councillor £2,000 to help their local community with capital projects.
Ward Councillors are asking local groups to get in touch with ideas and proposals to discuss the grant scheme, specifically related to capital projects. Whether you are involved in cultural, environmental, sporting or social projects, your idea must be a capital project, offer community benefit and you will need to be able to match fund the grant you are seeking.
They would love an opportunity to discuss your project, how you plan to help the community and ideas on how to obtain match funding!
