Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) Meeting ID: 842 3308 7653 (the code will vary for each meeting) as permitted in “The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”)”
Members of the Public: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts. Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

a) Proposed Redevelopment of Henlow Greyhound Stadium – Meeting update
b) Proposed Development of Land South of Lower Stondon – approval to arrange meeting to discuss community benefits and response. Feedback at next most suitable meeting.
c) Update on Community facilities requests – Section 106
d) Review of proposal by Mulberry Homes and to move forward with implementation and delegation to authorise finalised contract for signing.
e) Update on Stondon Recreation Association
i) Land Transfer update
ii) Management of bookings and contracts etc – propose delegation to Clerk

iv) Opening and closing of BMX track and Recreation Gates

Reports should be circulated prior to the meeting and any questions raised as items for consideration. Copies of reports will be attached to the minutes and can be made available at the meeting.

Notes on declarations of interest. Any Member arriving after the start of the meeting is asked to declare pecuniary interests, as necessary, as soon as practicable after their arrival, even if the item in question has been considered. National rules about pecuniary interests are set out in Chapter 7 of the Localism Act 2011 and in secondary legislation made under the Act, in particular The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012
